Lee Brown is an English character actor known for portraying intelligent, authoritative and emotionally complex characters, from trusted professionals and fathers to psychologically layered antagonists.
A graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Lee began his professional career with roles in Taggart and the feature film Regeneration (Behind the Lines). He later built a successful career in education, qualifying as a Drama teacher and leading a Drama department, experiences that now bring authenticity, emotional depth and a strong understanding of character to his performances.
Since returning to acting just under three years ago, Lee has built significant momentum, securing roles in three feature films, including Sweeney Todd: Slice & Dice, Borley Rectory: The Awakening and Remote Viewing (2026), alongside award-nominated short films, an online series and an overseas commercial. Borley Rectory: The Awakening was awarded Best Thriller at the 2026 National Film Awards.
Alongside his acting career, Lee has written three feature-length screenplays currently in development, reflecting his passion for story and character both on and off screen.
