Belinda Bremner was born on April 28, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She is an actress, known for On the Right Track (1981), Victimless Crimes (1991) and 2wks, 1yr (2002).

An adjunct professor of Theatre at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University.

Founding member of the Body Politic Ensemble and ShawChicago. She has earned numerous awards including the Joseph Jefferson award and the American College Theater Festival award for her Mrs. Coney: A Tale at Christmas.
