Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Julia appeared in a range of TV comedy shows ranging from Spike Milligan, Monty Python and the Two Ronnies mostly during the 1970s and early 1980s and retired from television to concentrate on raising her three children. She died of cancer in France on 28 January 2020 at the age of 78.

As a member of Spike Milligan&#39;s supporting cast in the long-running &#39;Q&#39;
series, Julia was frequently referred to as &quot;the bird with the boobs&quot;.

Appeared in the British stage premiere of Andy Warhol&#39;s controversial
play &#39;Pork&#39; at London&#39;s Roundhouse Theatre (1971).

Retired from acting in the early 1980s, currently living in France with
her husband Alexander (Sandy) Paterson.
