Bart Braverman was born on 1 February 1946 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He is an actor and director, known for 20 Million Miles to Earth (1957), Mowgli: The New Adventures of the Jungle Book (1998) and Alligator (1980). He has been married to Sharon Diane Dornfeld since 9 February 1982. They have one child. He was previously married to Patricia Lynn Arey.

Suffered for years from epilepsy which caused seizures. This condition forced him to quit acting on live television and onstage. In 2005, however, Braverman underwent brain surgery at UCLA Medical Center that cured his epilepsy.

Mediterranean-complected character actor best known for his comedic sidekick role on <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt0077093/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Vega$ (1978)</a> and his appearances on <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt0069608/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Match Game (1973)</a>.
