- Marcel Bozonnet was born on May 18, 1944 in Semur-en-Auxois, Côte-d'Or, France. He is an actor, known for The Disenchanted (1990), Joan the Maid 1: The Battles (1994) and Louis: The Child King (1993).
- Between 1993 et 2001, he was the dean of CNSAD, le Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique (National Conservatory of Dramatic Art, in Paris). He then managed the Comedie-Française till 2006.
- Founder in 2006 of the troupe "Compagnie les Comédiens voyageurs".
