- Philip Boyd is an American actor/writer/director. Born and raised in Conyers, GA, moved to Los Angeles and made several television appearances before landing a role that would bring him back to Georgia to film five seasons of the hit show "The Haves and The Have Nots". Soon after that, he became a staple leading man in several Lifetime films. Philip's love for acting isn't just in front of the camera. He began directing a few projects and is now taking on the producing side. An avid golfer as well, Philip can be seen promoting several golf brands and has a strong tie to the St. Jude Organization where no child should ever die of cancer. Philip now resides in Atlanta, GA.
