David Dean Bottrell

Bottrell is probably best known for playing the creepy "Lincoln Meyer" on season three of Boston Legal. Other memorable work includes recurring and guest star work on such shows as Widow's Bay, Frasier (2023 reboot), Modern Family, Law and Order (2022), The Blacklist, Rectify, Law and Order: SVU, Longmire, Mad Men, Justified, True Blood, Criminal Minds, Castle, iCarly, and Days of Our Lives. A former off-Broadway actor & playwright, his critically-acclaimed one-man shows, "David Dean Bottrell Makes Love: A One-Man Show" and "Teenage Wasteland: Thirteen Fourteen Fifteen" consistently play to sold out audiences on both coasts. Bottrell co-wrote the off-Broadway play, "Dearly Departed" as well as the film adaptation entitled "Kingdom Come" starring Whoopi Goldberg, L.L. Cool J., Anthony Anderson and Jada Pinkett-Smith. He's also the author of the critically acclaimed how-to book, Working Actor: Breaking In, Making a Living and Making a Life in the Fabulous Trenches of Show Business published by Random House (Ten Speed Press). Bottrell divides his time between Los Angeles and New York.
