Eva Borusovicová's directorial output is not extensive, but it can be determined that her priority was to make films about young people and for young people and children. This was primarily influenced by her collaboration on the well-known television program Od Kuka do Kuka.

Eva Borusovicova studied at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, first at the Department of Film and Television Dramaturgy and Screenwriting ( 1988/1993 ), after completing her master's degree she continued at the Department of Film and Television Directing ( 1993/1998 ).

In addition to film directing and screenwriting, she has also devoted herself to literary and dramatic work, various publishing activities, and stage work (collaboration with fashion designer Lea Fekete ).

She was part of the committee at the Audiovisual Fund and lectured at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in the Studio of Film and Television Directing.

She was a Slovak screenwriter , director , playwright , novelist and university teacher.
