Lived in Ramatuelle in the south of France with her husband, Jean-Louis Julian, a jeweler in St.Tropez and enjoys being a grandmother to 4 grandchildren. (2010)
Orphaned when her father died she was at the age of 12, she enrolled at the Rouen Conservatory before joining the Paris Conservatory.
