Dieter Bohlen was born on 7 February 1954 in Berne, Lower Saxony, Germany. He is a composer and actor, known for Deutschland sucht den Superstar (2002), Bang Boom Bang - Ein todsicheres Ding (1999) and Daniel the Wizard (2004). He has been married to Carina Walz since 31 December 2025. They have two children. He was previously married to Verona Pooth and Erika Wilma Emma Frieda Bohlen née Sauerland.

Formed the music group &#39;Modern Talking&#39; together with <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0026053/?ref_=nmwrk">Thomas Anders</a>.
