Biography

Ulrike Blome was born on May 7, 1944 in Posen, Prussia, Germany. She was an actress, known for Die Melchiors (1972), Der Raub der Sabinerinnen (1971) and Dr. med. Fabian - Lachen ist die beste Medizin (1969). She died on February 17, 2021 in Berlin, Germany.

Ulrike Blome was a German actress. She began her theater career in 1963 at the age of 19, performing on various German stages. Later, theater tours were added to her work.

In addition to her acting career, Ulrike Blome managed an art agency from 1973 to 1987.

From 1987 to 2004, she was the head of the Berlin-Charlottenburg Art Office, which at the time included Villa Oppenheim.

Ulrike Blome also appeared in film and television productions. These included the 1969 feature film "Dr. med. Fabian – Lachen ist die beste Medizin" (Dr. Fabian – Laughter is the Best Medicine) by Harald Reinl, starring Hans-Joachim Kulenkampff. In the 1970s, she played recurring roles in the television series "Von Liebe keine Rede" (No Talk of Love), "Die Melchiors" (The Melchiors), and "Der Anwalt" (The Lawyer) with Heinz Bennent.

During the 1968/1969 season, she appeared in the comedy 'Forty Carats' (*Vierzig Karat*) by Pierre Barillet and Jean-Pierre Grédy at the Theater am Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. Directed by Herbert Ballmann, the production featured Gisela Uhlen, Gerhart Lippert, Horst Niendorf, and Friedrich Schönfelder alongside her.
