Biography

Don Blakely was born on July 26, 1938 in Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for Under Siege 2: Dark Territory (1995), Pulp Fiction (1994) and Harlem Nights (1989). He was married to Dolores Patricia Vanison. He died on January 13, 2004 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA.

Prior to his acting career, he served in the U.S. Army for twenty-three months and two weeks, within 1961, 1962, and 1963.

Suffered his fatal heart attack at a Los Angeles-area parking lot; he was also suffering from emphysema and hypertension. He was cremated and on March 22, 2004, his ashes were placed within a columbarium in Calverton National Cemetery in New York's Suffolk County.
