Biography

Mary Blackford was born on July 22, 1914 in Bristol, Pennsylvania, USA. She was an actress, known for Merrily Yours (1933), The Sweetheart of Sigma Chi (1933) and Love Time (1934). She died on September 25, 1937 in Santa Monica, California, USA.

Died three years after she was paralyzed from the neck down in a traffic accident. Writer Bruce Barton and humorist Will Rogers had helped pay her medical expenses and a benefit dance was held in Hollywood on her behalf.
