- Henryk Bielski was born on January 19, 1935 in Nowosiólki, Lwowskie, Poland [now Novosilki, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine]. He was a director and assistant director, known for Pastorale heroica (1983), Prom (1970) and Chrzesniak (1986). He died on March 3, 2025.
- In 2018, Henryk Bielski received the Polish Filmmakers Association Award for outstanding artistic achievements and contribution to the development of Polish cinematography.
