Georgiy Beryozko was born on 7 September 1905 in Vilna, Russian Empire [now Vilnius, Lithuania]. He was a writer and assistant director, known for If War Comes Tomorrow (1938), Pryzhok na zare (1961) and Negasimoye plamya (1964). He died on 2 November 1982.
