Cynthia Belliveau was born on 18 February 1963 in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. She is an actress, known for Wind at My Back (1996), The Dark (1993) and E.N.G. (1989).

Won the Miss Teen Canada Beauty Pageant in 1980 and was later in the 1983 Miss Canada Beauty Pageant.

Represented the twin cities of Kitchener/Waterloo (Ontario) in the 1980
Miss Teen Canada and 1983 Miss Canada Pageants.

In 1982 she was a reporter for CKCO-TV in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.

Attended high school in Stratford Ontario.
