Franca Phelan was born in Catania, Italy. She married the set designer Boris Bilinsky in 1936 in Firenze, Italy. A little girl named Valeria was born on 4th December 1939 (died on 2nd November 1996). After Boris died, Franca and Valeria moved to Spain and then to France in 1953. Valeria married in 1963 and I am her son. Franca was living near Paris. She died in Melun, France.
