With over 17 years in the film and television industry, Edward has made his mark as a seasoned 1st Assistant Director (1st AD). Edward is a respected member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA), where he has been a member for more than 10 years. In addition to his work as a 1st AD, Beckford is the CEO, Producer, and Director of BlackEye Vision Entertainment, Inc., where he has brought fresh perspectives and creative leadership to numerous projects. Including directing and producing music videos since the 1990s in New York New Jersey and Los Angeles. As a Music Video Director, Beckford has creatively shaped the visual landscape for various artists, blending his technical expertise with an innate understanding of storytelling. Edward of also a Drone Operator and Cinematographer for BlackSky Vision Entertainment, a division of BlackEye Vision Entertainment, Inc. Edwarrd's journey in the entertainment industry began at the age of 9, when he first entered the spotlight as a child actor, working with actors like James Earl Jones and Bette Midler. He is also a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA) for over 45 years, contributing to his vast experience across multiple roles both in front of and behind the camera.
