Biography

Trace Beaulieu was born on November 6, 1958 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. He is a writer and actor, known for Mystery Science Theater 3000 (1988), Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie (1996) and MST3K Little Gold Statue Preview Special (1995). He was previously married to Karin Terrell-Lucius.

His father Jack Beaulieu portrayed the old version of his character Dr. Forrester in the final episode of the seventh season of Mystery Science Theater 3000 (1988).

Was the original Crow T. Robot on Mystery Science Theater 3000 (1988) as well as the original antagonist, Dr. Clayton Forrester, named after the hero of the 1950s film version of The War of the Worlds (1953).

Based his characterization of Dr. Clayton Forrester from some jerky club owners he encountered on the stand up comedy circuit.

In 2015, Trace Beaulieu - "Crow" & "Dr. Forrester" for "MST3K", was inducted into "The Official Horror Host Hall of Fame".

Has a brother Bryan Beaulieu and a sister.
