Beverly Bayne was born on November 11, 1893 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. She was an actress, known for Romeo and Juliet (1916), The Age of Innocence (1924) and The Girl at the Curtain (1914). She was married to Charles Thomas Hvass Sr. and Francis X. Bushman. She died on August 18, 1982 in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.

Wide-eyed, brunette silent star, with Essanay in Chicago from 1912. She married Francis X. Bushman, often co-starring in his films. Regarded as Hollywood's first romantic screen couple, Bayne and Bushman moved to Metro (1916-18), where they made some of their most popular films. Following a public divorce in 1924, Bayne's career faltered and she retired from films a year later, though continuing to appear on stage until the 1950s.
