Sydney J. Bartholomew Jr. was born on August 15, 1953 in Tarboro, North Carolina, USA. He was an art director and production designer, known for Osmosis Jones (2001), There's Something About Mary (1998) and Dumb and Dumber (1994). He died on June 15, 2008 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Walked up to the biggest muscle bound guy at the 6th street bar one night and says, "Hey man. What kind of insecurity trip are you on that you need arms like that?" After first getting really butt-hurt, the big guy quickly realized that Sidney-Jack was just having fun with him out of being impressed; and we three drank well into the night without incident.

Rented a loft apartment from a mafia connection who stored money and guns in an empty conga drum case that Sid erroneously gave to a female pal containing 80 thousand dollars in cash. Held at pistol point until the 'missing' gear could be returned; he remained living in the loft for a year until moving to Long Island City.
