June Barry(1935-2020)

Actress

June was an only child, her father having been killed in a World War II air raid when she was five. Her mother sent her to dancing and music lessons, so that she wouldn't be lonely. She also insisted that her daughter study at secretarial college so that she would have something to fall back on if she wasn't successful on the stage.
