Nerea Barros Noya is a Spanish actress and producer hailing from Santiago de Compostela, Galicia. She began her career in the arts while working as a nurse at the Hospital Clínico de Santiago de Compostela, balancing her medical profession with small roles in film and theater. Barros made her film debut at sixteen in the 1997 Galician film A nena, directed by Xavier Bermúdez, with whom she collaborated again in Rafael (2008). Her early television work includes a significant role in the Galician series Matalobos (2009-2010), but she gained broader recognition in 2013 through her participation in the Antena 3 adaptation of María Dueñas's novel, El tiempo entre costuras.
