Nathan Barragar was born on 3 June 1906 in Dearing, Kansas, USA. He was an assistant director and production manager, known for The Blonde Bandit (1949), Hondo (1953) and Vice Squad (1953). He was married to Jeanette Edris and Dorothea Earle. He died on 10 August 1985 in Pacific Palisades, California, USA.

His first wife left him 3 months after they were married. She married <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm3730021/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Winthrop Rockefeller</a> in 1956.
