Guy Barile was born on April 21, 1934 in Toledo, Ohio, USA. He was an actor, known for The Babe (1992), Chicago Story (1982) and The Legend of Resurrection Mary (2021). He was married to Ruth Kussel. He died on November 29, 2025 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

He was nominated for a 1977 Joseph Jefferson Award for Actor in a Principal Role for his performance in "Mert & Phil" at the St. Nicholas Theater Company in Chicago, Illinois.
