- While at Whittier College, spent a semester in Denmark. Graduated from Whittier College.
- Has many fond memories of the days she played Kimmy Gibbler on the sitcom Full House (1987), however there was one problem: wardrobe. "Once in a while the costume people would say, 'Hey, kids, take home whatever you want'," recalls Barber, who would usually just take home a pair of pants, while the other castmates would grab armloads of clothes.
