Faith Baldwin was born on October 1, 1893 in New Rochelle, New York, USA. She was a writer and actress, known for Wife vs. Secretary (1936), Week-End Marriage (1932) and The Moon's Our Home (1936). She was married to Hugh Hamlin Cuthrell. She died on March 18, 1978 in Norwalk, Connecticut, USA.

After a 25-year separation, she and her husband, gas executive Hugh H. Cuthrell, announced their reconciliation on 20 June 1953, two months before his death.

Successful American romantic novelist, author of 85 books and regular contributor to newspaper columns and women's magazines. She was at the peak of her popularity in the 1930's. Much of her work was filmed.
