Maria Bakodimou

Maria Bakodimou is a Greek television presenter, actress, journalist, radio producer and entrepreneur. She initially studied economics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki before turning to acting and graduating from the State Theatre of Northern Greece. After moving to Athens, she began working in television, radio and print journalism. Bakodimou became widely known through her long-running television partnership with Fotis Sergoulopoulos. The duo presented several popular entertainment programs from 1998 to 2016, including San sto spiti sas (2000), Apo stoma se stoma (2003), I Love TV (2004) and [link=tt1555877. Alongside television, she worked as a journalist and served as editor-in-chief of Status magazine. She later presented and judged various television programs, including Ellada eheis talento (2017), Power of Love (2018) and Style Me Up! (2020), while also hosting the weekend show Geia sou! (2022) and the quiz show O pio adynamos krikos (2026). As an actress, Bakodimou has appeared in films including Thilyki etaireia (1999), I Liza kai oloi oi alloi (2003), Just Broke Up (2008), Loufa kai parallagi: Seirines sti steria (2011) and Success Story (2017). She has also maintained a career in radio and has been active in the Greek entertainment industry across television, cinema and journalism.
