Starting work in the Entertainment Industry in 2000 Paisley Baker has experienced everything from on set cast handling and PA work, to TV development and delivery of cast for non-scripted and scripted TV, commercials, streaming web content, and film. Paisley worked closely under Hayma Washington on Disney's 'The Jersey', assisted Eric Eisner and Julian Metter on the animated feature 'Booty Call', and gained valuable exposure to the development process assisting EP's Mark Cronin of Mindless Entertainment (now 51 Minds), and David Collins and Michael Williams of Scout Productions who launched Queer Eye. While with Doron's company she was instrumental in delivering cast for Jersey Shore, Design Star, Nashville Star, Millionaire Matchmaker, RuPaul's Drag Race and many more.

Paisley left Doron Ofir Casting in 2011 and developed and pitched Detroit based 'Motor City' as an independent producer that same year. She then associate produced 'Sweet Home Alabama, Season 2' with Glassman Media to expand her resume, and expanded her casting credits from primarily non-scripted reality programming to include True Crime TV, commercials, paid partnerships on social media, short form digital, and additional film castings. Coat Check Creative launched in 2012 after Paisley landed several talent in development deals and successfully managed an animated series starring Lorenzo Llamas through the pitch process. Since it's launch, Paisley has inked development deals with 495 Productions, Fly on the Wall, Eyeboogie, and Atlas Media Corp, as well as guided Coat Check Creative clients into development deals & series of their own.
