- Her mother, Lenore Langston, and her stepfather, Harold Ernest Bain, owned the Sportsmen's Restaurant at Cedar Glenn in the Lake Arrowhead district.
- Made her acting and film debut as the female lead in the cult classic biker pic, The Hard Ride (1971). She is prominently featured on the infamous poster.
- Was featured in a two page pictorial interview in TV Guide, June 24, 1972 with Mike Connors on the cover.
- She also became the author and illustrator of two children's books. The first was Benjamin Gets Saved, a story about a rabbit. The second was Lonely Little Cactus Coloring Book, a soft cover book for children.
- Was cast in a pivotal scene as a border guards wife in El Norte (1983), but her scenes were later cut.
- In the late 1970's she posed in the tabloids for a pictorial story of being in a May/December romance with Aldo Ray. Ray was in the throws of a career decline and needed the publicity, which also promoted his virility.
- Her last acting role was in an episode of Superior Court (1986), filmed in 1986.
- Performed together with Jak Castro, with whom she lived for a time in the early 1980's off of Sunset Blvd, becoming a lifelong relationship.
- Was discovered in a grocery checkout by personal manager John Cestare, who groomed her to be an actress and helped Bain in landing her first lead role in 1972.
