Biography

Xuexian Bai was born on May 19, 1928 in Guangzhou, China. She is an actress and producer, known for Li hou zhu (1968), The Feud (1956) and Die ying hong li ji (1959).

Began training at age twelve under Juexian Xue, from whom she pays homage in her stage name.

In 1956, formed the Xianfengming Opera Troupe with Kim-Fai Yam, an female actor who specialized in male roles. The two retired in 1966 due to poor health, but support and train new talent with Chufengming (Young Phoenix) Opera Troupe.
