  • Viktor Avilov is a Soviet and Russian theater and film actor. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.

    In 1972 he graduated from the Moscow Industrial College. Since 1974, Viktor Avilov has been joining the amateur theater troupe of Valeriy Belyakovich, where the following year he performs in the first premiere performance as Kochkaryov in the play 'Marriage'. In 1979, Avilov began to professionally engage in the stage, joining the Theater Studio in the South-West. In 1984, Avilov played in the play 'Hamlet'.

    In 1987, Avilov made his film debut - in the role of Platon Andreevich in the mystical thriller Gospodin oformitel (1987) by Oleg Teptsov. The actor became widely known in 1989, when the film The Prisoner of Castle If (1988) by Georgi Yungvald-Khilkevich with Avilov's Count of Monte Cristo was released. The actor becomes popular among the people.

    In 1993, he played the last of his big roles - Woland in the play 'The Master and Margarita'.
