Kenan Artun(1921-2007)

Turkish actor. A native of Istanbul, Artun attended university and embarked on a career as an architect and decorator. Friends who worked in the film industry encouraged him to pursue an acting career, and at age 29 he did so, achieving a fair amount of success in the Turkish cinema. His wife, 'Sezer Sezin', was also an actor and the two of them often appeared together in films.
