Biography

Peter Armstrong was born on May 20, 1936 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He was an actor, known for Babe: Pig in the City (1998), Stir (1980) and Color Me Dead (1969). He was married to Sammy Armstrong. He died on January 16, 2001 in Australia.

On the 30th October, 1977, he was named "The Stuntman of The Year" at the first Professional Stuntmen Awards held in Australia.

A world record was The Longest Drag Behind A Motor Vehicle. Set on 25th September, the distance was 700 metres.

He set the world record for The Longest Drag Behind A Horse Drawn Vehicle. The distance was 700 metres and was performed on the 24th September, 1972.

He has set a number of world records. The first was for a motorcycle ride off a cliff for the movie "Stone". The cliff was a record 86 feet high.

Portrayed Hal Holbrook's and Louise Fletcher's eldest son in Natural Enemies (1979), even though he was just two years younger than Fletcher.
