Trivia

  • George Ardisson was an Italian actor. He debuted in a minor role in Mauro Bolognini's 1959 film "Arrangiatevi!".
  • He reached the peak of his career in the second half of the sixties without, however, managing to make the breakthrough that would have allowed him to fully establish himself as an actor and at the same time to gain great public success. This, according to Ardisson himself, was due to the fact that from that period onwards he himself asked the producers not to give him the parts of the positive and successful hero anymore because he wanted to try his hand at other roles which, in his opinion, were more challenging.
  • In 2010 he was a guest at the tenth edition of the Piemonte Movie Festival, which took place in Turin from 4 to 12 March.
  • Ardisson starred in several more spy films and spanned different genres, including Spaghetti Western and Italo-horror films.
  • After several secondary roles in sword-and-sandal and adventure films, he gained a huge success playing Agent 3S3 in the eurospy films "Agent 3S3: Passport to Hell" and "Agent 3S3, Massacre in the Sun". According to director Sergio Sollima, he was chosen for this role thanks to his physical appearance that made him credible as American.
