Mina Aoe was born on July 7, 1945 in Tokyo, Japan. She was an actress, known for Outlaw: Gangster VIP (1968), Women's Police (1969) and Onna no keisatsu, midarecho (1970). She died on July 2, 2000 in Tokyo, Japan.

She is husky-voiced singer and has had hit songs: "Isezaki-cho Blues" and "Kokotsu. no Blues".
