Mini bio

  • As part of the first wave of Black British TV & Film actors in the early 1960s, Tommy Ansah initially made his name via small roles in established UK TV Shows such as 'Sergeant Cork', 'The Troubleshooters' and 'Man In A Suitcase', alongside theatre parts in productions including Wole Soyinka's 'The Lion And The Jewel' (Royal Court Theatre) and Robert Lowell's 'Benito Cereno' (Mermaid Theatre).
