Vasos Andrianos(1943-1999)

Vasos Andrianos was a Greek actor best remembered for his work in film and television during the 1970s and 1980s. He appeared in numerous Greek films before becoming widely recognized on television through the long-running series I geitonia mas (1972). His most memorable role came in the popular drama series Methoriakos stathmos (1974), in which he portrayed the progressive agronomist Alexis, a character closely associated with the catchphrase "anadasmos" ("land consolidation") and one that became familiar to Greek television audiences. He later continued his stage career with productions including 'Ena skiouraki sti souita mou'. Although he appeared less frequently in later years, he remained closely identified with one of the defining television series of its era, securing his place among the recognizable faces of classic Greek television.
