Biography

Ida Andorffy was born on March 28, 1896 in Szeged, Hungary. She is known for Tímár Liza (1918), Az összeesküvök (1919) and Leányvásár (1919).

At the beginning of the 20s came her last cinematical works.

The actress Ida Andorffy began her film career in Hungary where the took part in many silent movies from 1916.

Her father was the stage actor Peter Andorffy (1856-1919).

In 1922 she impersonated the title role in the German silent movie "Mignon" (1922).
