Vida Guerra stars as Tracy Stallworth, who in the heat of teenage rebellion, runs away from home and is van snatched from a dangerous L.A. neighborhood by a prostitution ring. In desperation, Tracy's police mom, Kim (Nicola Bertram) and her detective partner, Joe (Robert Sanchez) go undercover on skid row in search for Tracy.
