Heather Ames was born on April 15, 1936 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. She was an actress, known for High School Hellcats (1958), How to Make a Monster (1958) and Startime (1959). She was married to Dwight H. Pirkl. She died on July 15, 2008 in Glendale, California, USA.

Was the grand prize winner of the "Eat for Beauty" contest held by Ralph's grocery store chain in 1960.

Although uncredited in the film, she is listed as Heather Hopper (her real name was Heather Ann Hopper) on some promotional materials for the film Fear Strikes Out.
