Jeffrey Allen was born on April 25, 1910 in Goodell, Iowa, USA. He was an actor, known for Two Thousand Maniacs! (1964), This Stuff'll Kill Ya! (1971) and The Year of the Yahoo! (1971). He was married to Anita Blank. He died on May 10, 1991 in Hinsdale, Illinois, USA.

Was an activist and director of the senior citizens nutrition program in Wheaton, Du Page County, Illinois during the late 1950s.

Was the director of the Hinsdale Community Center from 1943 to 1968.

Graduated from Estherville High School, Emmet County, Iowa, Class of 1928.

Graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1933.

His real name was Taalkeus 'Talky' Blank. He used the pseudonym 'Jeffery Allen' throughout his acting career because he was never a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
