Julie Allan was born on February 5, 1940 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She is a producer and writer, known for To Walk with Lions (1999), Caper and The Call of the Wild (1997).

Has two daughters from a relationship with actor Anthony Booth: Jenia and Bronwen Booth.

Daughter of author/screenwriter, Ted Allan.
