Mini bio

  • Brandon Quintin Adams is best known for his role as Zeke in Michael Jackson's Moonwalker and has been involved in the entertainment industry since early childhood. Originally cast as Zeke for the movie and the "Smooth Criminal" segment, Brandon received a personal call from Michael Jackson after filming wrapped. Impressed by Brandon's performance and dancing, Michael pitched a new idea: a reimagining of the "Bad" video featuring an all-kid cast. That vision became the now-iconic Badder segment of Moonwalker, with Brandon portraying young Michael - a defining moment in his early career and the start of a creative bond that left a lasting impact.

Brandon's early work quickly established him as a standout presence on screen. At age 9, he landed his first television role as 'Peter' on NBC's Empty Nest. From there, he starred in a string of culturally beloved shows, including A Different World, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Moesha, and Martin. He also brought heart and charisma to major films such as The Mighty Ducks, The Sandlot, and Polly - where he worked closely with director and legendary artist Debbie Allen, who became an early mentor and creative guide.

After stepping away from the spotlight to focus on music, family, and personal growth, Brandon has returned with renewed purpose. His recent work includes a seven-episode pilot titled #Dope Unit and a feature film alongside Michael Beach titled War Dawgz. Now, as both an actor and writer, Brandon is focused on telling layered, emotionally grounded stories that explore love, identity, transformation, and legacy - both in front of the camera and behind it.

Quotes

  • I was everybody's little boyfriend when I was younger. It's all good. It's just love, you know. I'll take the love. Give it to me.
  • It's not the part of being a celebrity that's so attractive to me. It's being recognized for your accomplishments and what you've done... becoming closer to what you want to achieve in life.
  • I spent most of my young life in the business and missed out on school events. I needed to be a young person and do what I wanted to do.
  • I grew up in Inglewood, L.A., and South Central. I was always humbled by my situation. I would go on set and come home to my neighborhood and my block to my friends, and it would be a whole other story.
  • Aim higher. Stay focused.
