Konstantin Stepankov was born on 3 June 1928 in Pecheski, Ukrainian SSR, USSR [now Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine]. He was an actor, known for The Hetman's Jewels (1993), Prikazano vzyat zhivym (1984) and Judenkreis, abo vichne koleso (1996). He was married to Ada Rogovtseva. He died on 22 July 2004 in Kyiv, Ukraine.
