Biography

Yûichi Abe is known for Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial (2010), Ultraman Nexus (2004) and Ultraman Orb (2016).

Up until working on Ultraman Nexus (2004), he worked under the kanji spelling of his name, but after discovering that a director with the same name Yûichi Abe, who was working on television dramas at the drama production company 5-nen D-gumi, he changed his name to a katakana spelling.

Not to be confused with drama director of the same name Yûichi Abe.
