Damon is a casting director for reality television. After a long stint in front of the camera, he eventually made his move to working in production -- producing and eventually casting. As a casting director in all formats of reality since 2006, Damon focuses primarily on game shows and dating shows - like such popular series as The Millionaire Matchmaker and to more current series like Farmer Wants a Wife and The 1% Club.
