- Gaurav is an alumni of the Russian Institute of Cinema (VGIK), the oldest and largest film school in the world. His first feature film "A Passage To Ottawa" won the Crystal Bear (Special Mention) at Berlin Film Festival and Best Narrative Feature at Austin Film Festival. In 2016 he wrote and directed sci-fi thriller "Prisoner X" which won the Critics Choice Award at Fantasporto and screened at Cannes as part of Perspective Canada. Gaurav's latest film sci-fi thriller "Multiverse" starring Academy Award Winner Marlee Matlin was released theatrically in November 2021 and is streaming on Hulu and Amazon Prime.
