Biography

Xaver Schwarzenberger was born on April 21, 1946 in Vienna, Austria. He is a cinematographer and director, known for Donauwalzer (1984), Holly - The Movie (1984) and Der Stille Ozean (1983).

After several years working in Germany with noted directors such as Rainer Werner Fassbinder, he finally returned to his native Austria.

Was trained to work as a photographer.
