Born and raised in Yonkers, NY, he was the youngest of three sons in a hardworking, blue-collar family. His passion for acting ignited at 13 when he joined a Children's Repertory Company in New York, eventually earning a B.A. in Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.

Palladino's career gained momentum with U-571, starring alongside Matthew McConaughey, Harvey Keitel, and Bill Paxton.
